All our carbs spend time on the flow bench. No one knows how good a carb is until it has been flow tested. The reason for this is the allowed tolerances during the manufacturing process causes variations in the end product. We correct these "flaws" to the maximum extent that we legaly can. The results are written on the bottom of the carb for future reference.
All our blocks spend time on the flow bench too. Once again,(for the above reasons) some blocks flow better than others so no one knows how good it will be until it's been flow tested. I use the same head and valves for consistent comparison, then I try different heads and carbs to maximize the combination before blueprinting and dynoing.
